Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Tournament entries and gaming bookings are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by AV Zone.

• If an event is cancelled by us, participants will be refunded the full amount to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• In case of any dispute, AV Zone’s decision will be final.

• Refund eligibility is determined solely by AV Zone, and platform developers or third parties involved in website creation are not responsible for refunds or payment processing.
